Welcome to Digitial Rabbit! My name is Bunny Laden. In May 2009, I made one-year commitment to myself to blog about water and sanitation issues. My travels to Rwanda had inspired me to raise awareness about the plight of people who did not have access to clean water or basic sanitation. Three hundred and sixty-something posts later, I went adrift in the blogosphere, writing about an assortment of topics. When I returned from a trip to Oman and Egypt in January 2011, I decided to write about one of the things I love most—travel.
Cultural encounters, scenic beauty, wildlife, and the unexpected are what compel me to set out on a journey. Through travel, I learn about the world and my place in it.
