Antarctic Mammals

Antarctica has plenty of opportunities to see whales, sea lions, and seals of all types. There are just a few of the images I captured. Perhaps the most unique are the Orca whales ganging up on a leopard seal. Typically they spy hop for awhile. Then they actively work together to tip over the iceberg. Once the seal is in the water, dinner is served. We watched the Orca whales for quite some time. They never rocked the ice berg.
