Feathers: Wet and Dry

I'm not sure why, but I decided to photograph feathers today. I usually find a fair number of feathers lying on the ground, particularly turkey and Stellar jay feathers. But not today. Most birds have been laying low this week due to all the heavy rain. I managed to find only one very wet feather. I scavenged a dry feather from a Christmas decoration I had.
