The First Poppies: Is it Spring Yet?

Today was a glorious day, with the temperature getting into the low 60's. It was also Campbell day in that we had errand to do in Campbell, then stayed in the area to eat lunch outdoors and walk on the Los Gatos Creek Trail. Several types of flowers were in bloom (whose names I don't know), but these two poppies caught my eye. Poppies typically pop up in late February and peak in late March or April.
